   Mandatory Criterion: The Offeror (Any entity, including any associate of such entity that submits an Offer) must demonstrate prior experience in public relations and communication by successfully completing minimum two (2) campaign to enhance public awareness within the past three (3) years.

Three (3) or more years of demonstrated experience in social marketing, communication strategy, content creation, or media campaigns. Experience in delivering outreach activity/campaign at the national or subnational level will be an advantage.

Demonstrated experience in the completion of three (3) or more communication and public relations projects of a minimum duration of five (5) months each within the last three (3) years.
