The Catalan Water Agency Is The Owner Of The Darnius-Boadella Dam And, As Such, Must Comply With The Safety Regulations For Dams And Reservoirs Contained In Royal Decree 9/2008, Of January 11, Amending The Regulation On The Public Hydraulic Domain, Approved By Royal Decree 849/1986, Of April 11, And Royal Decree 264/2021, Of April 13, Approving The Technical Safety Standards For Dams And Their Reservoirs. This Regulation Requires The Necessary Actions To Be Taken To Guarantee And Improve The Safety And Operation Of This Type Of Facility.
