w sprawie zamówienia publicznego.
Przez wyroby medyczne stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia należy rozumieć wyroby medyczne w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1620).
