The Object Of The Contract Derives From The State Project Territorial Plan For Tourism Sustainability And, Specifically, From The Action For Cohesion Between Destinations (Acd) “Catalonia, Land Of Flavors”, Approved Within The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience Plan, Financed By The European Union Within The Framework Of The Next Generation Eu Funds, For The Achievement Of The General Objectives Of Lever Policy 5 “Modernization And Digitalization Of The Industrial Fabric And Smes, Recovery Of Tourism And Promotion Of An Entrepreneurial Spain Nation” And, Specifically In Component 14 “Modernization And Competitiveness Plan For The Tourism Sector”, Investment 1 “Transformation Of The Model Towards Sustainability”. It Is Part Of The National Plan For Wine And Food Tourism And Aims To Define A Regenerative, Slow And Innovative Wine And Food Tourism Model, Which Allows Promoting Catalonia As A Tourist Destination With An Identity By Structuring A Value Offer That Is Attractive, Competitive And Based On The 4D (Deseasonalization, Diversification, Decongestion And Spending) And 4S (Safe, Healthy, Unique And Sustainable). The Services That The Contracting Company Must Provide Are The Generation Or Creation Of Content, Its Review, Updating And Translation Into Catalan, Spanish And English, In Accordance With The Obligations Stipulated In The Technical Specifications.
